1st shift Entry Level Project Manager – Clean Up Tech.
Location: Waukesha, WI (But traveling with team throughout eastern Wisconsin)
Shift: Mon – Fri (8am-4pm)
Pay Rate: $17-$18.00p/hr to start. Once fully trained, payrate increases to $20.00p/hr

Description: Company hiring is a restoration company who aids property owners in the recovery and restoration of personal items damaged in floods, fires or wind storms. All project manager trainees will start as clean-up techs. You will be responsible for the packing & sorting of personal belongings that have been damaged by fires & flooding. Candidates are to be professional & respectful when on-site, treating the homeowner's property with care. They are responsible for packing these damaged items for transport back to the restoration site. Personal items handled are just about anything you can find inside a house that is not fixed to the walls/structure: Furniture, rugs, appliances Will be servicing the eastern side of the state of WI, but usually closer to the Milwaukee area but can be around Green bay and Kenosha. When fully trained to be a project manager, you will work with the salesperson on jobs you’re assigned to ensure each job is completed in an accurate and timely manner. Acts as the first responder on new jobs received, when necessary, by reviewing the job assignment, interacting with the homeowner and walking the job site to complete the scope of work. Execute paperwork. If unable to do so, ensure that the lead CSR does. Collects valuables. Use technology to map out the house for the crew. Make note of any unusual things that the team needs to know for the pack out. Manage and communicate effectively with the lead CSR. Support the Production Manager in his/her role to complete jobs timely and efficiently with the field team assigned. Collaborate with the Production Manager about job statuses and expectations. Organize and lead staff training. Gather daily counts, track and file documentation as needed. Assess/verify team productivity and progress of assigned jobs. Enhances department and organization by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. Tracks job details for efficiency and profit. Be on-site for pack outs and pack backs when possible. Reports to the production manager. Drive vans/trucks as needed (after hire). Assist with pack outs and cleaning as needed
Physical Requirements: Lifting 50-75lbs. Will be working in wet/cold/hot environments, damaged by flooding, fires or winds. Can work in warehouse or off site.
