Lumber Yard Associate
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM Pay: $15–$17 per hour, depending on experience
We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Lumber Yard Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in accuracy, and values teamwork.
Responsibilities
Count, rotate, and organize dimensional lumber and building materials
Unload and stock incoming deliveries
Pull and check customer orders
Build flatbed loads as directed
Operate a sit-down forklift (preferred)
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized lumber yard
Interact professionally with customers, drivers, and team members
Qualifications
Reliable and dependable work ethic
Team-oriented and detail-focused
Knowledge of wood or building materials is a plus
Forklift experience preferred
