Wire Feed Welder – $18–$20/HR | Full-Time

Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM + Mandatory Friday Overtime-10 hours

Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking skilled and motivated candidates for Wire Feed Welder openings in Forest Lake, MN. Pay & Schedule

• Hourly Pay: $18–$20 per hour
• Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM + Mandatory Friday Overtime (50 hours/week)
• Overtime: Paid at time and a half
• Pay Frequency: Weekly
• Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities

• Perform wire feed welding on various metal components according to specifications and blueprints.
• Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Inspect welds for quality and accuracy, making adjustments as needed to meet standards.
• Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of PPE and adherence to OSHA guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in wire feed welding or related welding processes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work mandatory overtime.
