Job Description:

Stamping  Press Set up and operation

A position for folks with 2+ years’ experience working with a Stamping Press. Your responsibilities will include: Knowledge of SPC functions and ability to set up a Stamping Press, to input and analyze specification information generated by the computer and be able to understand when to stop a process and obtain assistance from either QA or direct supervision when a process falls out of control, provide training to any machine operator who may be assigned to run the press after you have set it up to run.  This training should be complete enough to allow a machine operator the ability to run production run quantities while maintaining the safety and quality necessary

 

Recommended Aptitudes:

• Ability to stand all day while working
• 2+ years’ experience working with a Stamping Press
• Mechanically inclined
• Accountable and confident
• Lift up to 50lbs comfortably
• Strong math and computer skills
