We are seeking dependable and physically capable Construction General Laborers to support various job sites throughout Sarasota. This is an as-needed, temporary role with schedules that vary based on project demands.

Position Summary:

The Construction General Laborer will assist with general labor tasks and construction site cleanup to help ensure job sites remain safe, organized, and efficient. This role is ideal for individuals who are comfortable working on their feet, performing physical tasks, and adapting to different job site needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general labor duties on active construction sites

• Assist with site cleanup, debris removal, and material handling

• Load and unload materials and tools as directed

• Support skilled tradespeople with basic tasks

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Follow all safety guidelines and instructions from supervisors

Qualifications:

• Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods

• Comfortable lifting, bending, standing, and working outdoors

• Reliable transportation to job sites

• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team

• Construction or labor experience a plus, but not required
