Job Summary
We are currently seeking Inventory Specialist candidates for full-time opportunities in Hazelwood, MO 63042. What You’ll Be Doing
• Develop, implement, and manage inventory control procedures to ensure accurate stock levels
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly inventory activities including receiving, put-away, transfers, adjustments, and cycle counts
• Oversee and lead cycle count programs to maintain inventory accuracy
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
• Master all aspects of the receiving process from purchase order through final inventory entry
• Coordinate proactively with Purchasing, Warehouse, Logistics, and 3PL partners
• Report and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner
• Support cost-effective and efficient warehouse operations

Requirements
• 3–5 years of warehouse or inventory operations experience
• 1–2 years in a lead or supervisory role preferred
• Strong understanding of inventory control processes and best practices
• Experience with inventory audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and dependable
