Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PMPay Rate: $20/hour
We are seeking a dependable General Laborer to support maintenance operations at pump stations and treatment plants. This role requires the ability to follow directions, understand work requirements before starting tasks, and make informed decisions to complete work safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in plumbing, electrical work, or wastewater management and is comfortable working in both routine and emergency situations.
Perform preventative and emergency maintenance on pump stations and treatment plants
Conduct standard weekly inspections to ensure equipment and systems are operating properly
Assist with emergency call-outs as needed (primarily assigned to Greenstone employees)
Perform basic electrical troubleshooting and minor electrical repairs
Complete plumbing-related tasks, including repairs and maintenance
Assist with concrete work related to facility and infrastructure maintenance
Follow safety protocols, company procedures, and supervisor instructions at all times
Ability to follow directions and fully understand tasks before beginning work
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make informed decisions in the field
Experience in one or more of the following areas is required:
Plumbing
Electrical work
Wastewater or treatment plant operations
Physically able to perform labor-intensive work in various environments
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
