Customer Service Representative – Beauty Retailer (Cape Coral)

Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a growing beauty retailer in Cape Coral to add a Customer Service Representative to their team. Due to increased order volume, this family-owned company is looking for someone who truly enjoys helping customers and brings positive energy to every interaction.

Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

 

Daily Job Duties:

• Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and online platforms

• Assist customers with product questions, pricing, and order placement

• Upsell and recommend products based on customer needs

• Process payments and confirm orders

• Provide shipping details and follow up on order status

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally

• Minimal walk-in traffic — primary focus is remote customer support

Requirements & Preferred Skills:

• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional phone presence (someone who smiles over the phone)

• Comfortable using computers and MS Office

• Shopify experience is a plus

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

• Reliable, dependable, flexible, and team-oriented
