Needler - 3rd Shift

Salary: $17.00

The operator will work in a temperature-controlled environment to stack cloth segments, place them
inside the machine and operate according to trained procedures, quality standards, and safety policies.
Operators will need to be able to learn to troubleshoot and fix machines occasionally.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Stack material properly before inserting into machines (stationary/repetitive primary function of
position).
• Pull the required material from inventory for specific product being produced.
• Machine set up/ changeover when required.
• Assist with performing maintenance and initial troubleshooting once trained and when
applicable.
• Operates machines according to procedures using the appropriate materials (attention to detail
and quality requirements).
• Maintain productivity while doing applicable paperwork and checks for accuracy.
• Log data into computer database and reviews SPC.
• Inspects completed product before releasing to production
