Inventory Associate

Location: Chichester, NH
Pay: $17–$20 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm (later hours during peak season)

Our client, a busy wholesale nursery in Chichester, NH, is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Inventory Associate to support daily inventory and product quality operations. This is a hands-on role that includes both indoor and outdoor work.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Perform cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory levels

• Inspect plants and products for quality and report any discrepancies

• Receive and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and condition

• Label, organize, and maintain inventory locations

• Track inventory movements and update records in the system

• Assist with product identification and labeling

• Work closely with warehouse and operations teams to resolve inventory issues

• Maintain clean and organized storage and work areas

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous warehouse, inventory, or stockroom experience preferred

• Plant identification or nursery experience is a plus

• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather

• Basic computer and data entry skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
