About the Role

We are seeking candidates with strong light-manufacturing or fabrication experience to join our team. This is a hands-on, physically demanding position that requires working with tools and performing tasks that involve strength and precision. 💪

Key Responsibilities

• 🏋️ Heavy lifting and moving conveyor belting, hoses, and related materials
• ✂️ Cutting, rolling, and handling rubber materials
• 🔨 Driving rivets using hammers and other tools
• 🔄 Dragging and rolling belting for installation or repair
• 🛠️ Performing general maintenance and fabrication tasks as needed

Qualifications

• ✅ Proven experience in maintenance, fabrication, or light manufacturing
• 💪 Comfortable with physical labor and working in an active environment
• 🧰 Ability to safely operate hand tools and equipment
• 🔍 Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• 🤝 Reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team

Preferred Background

• ⚙️ Previous experience in conveyor systems, industrial maintenance, or similar fields
• 🏭 Familiarity with rubber materials and fabrication processes
• 🪚 Carpentry experience
