Job Summary
We are currently seeking Yard Porter candidates for all shift opportunities in Earth City, MO. This role is ideal for dependable individuals who enjoy hands-on, outdoor work and supporting daily yard, logistics, or production operations with the potential for long-term placement.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Move, stage, and organize vehicles, trailers, or equipment within the yard
• Assist with loading, unloading, and staging materials as needed
• Perform basic checks to ensure items are properly placed and secured
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe yard area
• Support warehouse, shipping, or production teams as assigned
• Follow safety guidelines and work instructions

Requirements
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Previous yard, warehouse, logistics, or general labor experience preferred but not required
