Job Summary
We are currently seeking Maintenance Technician candidates for full-time 2nd shift opportunities in Maryland Heights, MO 63043. This position is ideal for experienced maintenance professionals with strong mechanical and technical aptitude who enjoy troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and supporting facility operations in a fast-paced industrial environment with long-term potential.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Perform maintenance, preventive maintenance, repairs, and overhauls on equipment and facility systems
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Support maintenance of plumbing, mechanical, and production equipment
• Assist with building maintenance including concrete repair, plumbing, and HVAC tasks
• Work with steam boilers and plant air compressor systems as needed
• Maintain tools, equipment, and accurate maintenance documentation
• Follow safety procedures and company maintenance standards

Requirements
• Proven troubleshooting skills with electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Strong mechanical aptitude with attention to detail
• Building maintenance experience such as plumbing, HVAC, or concrete repair is helpful
• Steam boiler and air compressor system experience preferred
• Associate’s Degree or College Degree preferred (electromechanical or mechatronics)
• 2–3 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience required
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and self-motivated
