About the Opportunity
We’re hiring a Skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician for a temp-to-hire role in Maryland Heights. This position focuses on equipment troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, electrical repairs, and facility upkeep within an industrial environment. Candidates will work with pneumatics, hydraulics, plant utilities, and general building systems.
What You’ll Do
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and equipment inspections
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
- Repair or assist with plumbing, concrete, and general building maintenance
- Operate, inspect, and maintain steam boiler systems
- Maintain plant air compressor systems and related components
- Log maintenance tasks, parts usage, and service notes accurately
- Support safe, efficient plant operations
What You Bring
- Proven troubleshooting skills across electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics
- Experience with building maintenance tasks (plumbing, HVAC, concrete repair)
- Steam boiler and air compressor system experience
- Strong documentation and attention to detail
Nice-to-Haves
- HVAC repair exposure
- Concrete patching or building maintenance background
- Additional mechanical repair experience
