Machine Operator (CNC / Molding) – Kenilworth, NJ

Pay: $18 – $20 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time | First Shift

A growing manufacturing facility in Kenilworth, NJ is seeking a Machine Operator to join their production team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience operating CNC machinery, working with molding equipment, and using hand tools to support daily production needs. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to read and interpret technical prints and drawings.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines and molding equipment to produce parts to precise specifications

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions

• Set up, adjust, and maintain machinery using a range of hand tools and measurement tools

• Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy; use measuring devices such as calipers or gauges

• Monitor production output, complete required documentation, and maintain production logs

• Perform basic troubleshooting and machine adjustments to keep production running efficiently

• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area

• Work independently and collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines

Requirements

• Experience operating CNC machines required

• Molding machine experience preferred (plastics or similar environment)

• Ability to read and interpret prints, schematics, and technical drawings

• Familiarity with hand tools, gauges, and measurement equipment

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods during shift

• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to follow instructions
