Job Summary:
We are currently hiring a skilled and dependable Industrial Painter for a direct hire opportunity with our team. This role involves applying industrial-grade coatings and paint to various surfaces, machinery, and equipment. Candidates must be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to work long shifts in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking, and removing old finishes
- Apply paint and coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment
- Mix paints and coatings to match specifications and work orders
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and instructions for painting tasks
- Inspect finished work to ensure quality and compliance with standards
- Maintain painting tools and equipment; report any malfunctions
- Ensure work area is clean and safe at all times
- Follow all safety guidelines and use required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- 1+ year of industrial or commercial painting experience (preferred)
- Ability to operate various painting tools and spray systems
- Capable of working in a physically demanding environment (lifting, bending, standing for long periods)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Dependable with reliable transportation
- Comfortable working overtime and weekends as needed

Work Environment:
- Industrial/manufacturing setting
- Exposure to fumes, chemicals, and loud machinery

Compensation & Schedule:
- Hourly Pay: $18.00
- Schedule: 12-hour shifts, Monday Friday
- Saturday availability required (as needed)
- Overtime opportunities may be available
