Salary: $30-35/hour

Support the maintenance and repair of building systems and equipment to ensure safe operations and support the upkeep of the facility.

•       Conduct preventative equipment maintenance including applying sealants, lubricating machinery, and replacing worn-out components.
•       Manage emergency repairs consisting of diagnosing and fixing equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime, including but not limited to electrical, CNC and other mechanical equipment.
•       Perform routine maintenance including the assembly, installation and repair of furniture, fixtures lighting and material handling equipment.
•       Support the General upkeep of the facility that may include general cometic repairs, painting, plumbing, and electrical and landscaping and housekeeping.
•       Provide event support that may include setting up and breaking down furniture and equipment for events.
•       Perform critical cleaning of filters and equipment as required.
•       Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of position.

Experience Required

• Basic understanding of plumbing and electrical systems.
• Proficient in the use of power and hand tools. 
• 5-10 years experience working as a facilities or maintenance technician
