A well-established manufacturing company in the Taylorville area is seeking an Entry-Level Welder to join its team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or grow a career in welding and gain hands-on experience in a supportive shop environment.

Pay

• $16–$18 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule

• Full-time, Monday–Friday

• Overtime may be available

What You’ll Do

• Assist with welding and fabrication projects

• Perform basic MIG welding (training provided as needed)

• Read and follow simple blueprints and work instructions

• Use hand tools, grinders, and measuring equipment

• Inspect finished welds for quality and accuracy

What They’re Looking For

• Entry-level welding experience or welding coursework preferred

• Willingness to learn and take direction

• Ability to read a tape measure, basic math skills

• Dependable with good attendance

• Able to stand, bend, and lift as required in a shop environment
