About the Role

 

A well-established custom window and door manufacturer in Santa Ana is seeking a dependable Wood Assembly / Machine Operator to support production of high-quality custom doors and windows. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in carpentry, framing, or woodworking who is comfortable working with shop machinery and power tools.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, and assemble and sand wood components for custom doors and windows
• Operate shop equipment including table saws, CNC machines, miter saws, and circular saws
• Safely assemble wood frames using adhesives and fasteners
• Read and accurately use a tape measure for precise cuts and assembly
• Follow production specs, safety standards, and quality expectations
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, carpentry, framing, woodworking, or machine operation
• Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
• Ability to read measurements accurately
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Able to stand for up to 8 hours per day
• Reliable, safety-minded, and team-oriented
