Key Responsibilities

  • Property Operations: Manage daily facility upkeep, safety, and tenant satisfaction.
  • Contract Management: Negotiate and oversee leases, vendor contracts, and service agreements.
  • Maintenance & Construction Oversight: Supervise staff and vendors, ensuring projects meet code and budget requirements.
  • Inspections: Conduct property and project inspections to verify quality and compliance.
  • Safety Compliance: Enforce OSHA and building safety regulations.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Proven property management or facilities operations experience
  • 5+ years in construction or maintenance management
  • Skilled in contract negotiation, budgeting, and vendor management
  • Knowledge of building codes, OSHA standards, and safety regulations
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Valid Hawaii Driver's License
