Location: Ventura County 
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Must be available to work 1–2 Saturdays per month)
Compensation: $23.00-$28.00/hourly

About the Role:
Our client, a leading aerospace manufacturer, is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Technician with experience in sheet metal part fabrication. Ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in aerospace manufacturing and blueprint interpretation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manufacture aerospace components from sheet metal using precision tools

• Read and interpret sheet metal blueprints (required)

• Operate pneumatic tools safely and effectively

• Perform grinding, deburring, drilling, and measuring (calipers, scales, etc.)

• Maintain quality and safety standards in a fast-paced production environment

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in aerospace manufacturing (specifically with sheet metal parts)

• Proficient in reading and working from blueprints related to sheet metal (preferred)

• Skilled in the use of pneumatic tools and precision measuring instruments

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (ITAR compliance required)

• Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently

• Must be able to pass drug test and background check is required too due to government contracts.
