Staffing company in Tempe is seeking Customer Service candidates. Whether you need a single tradesperson or require a coordinated effort to dispatch skilled workers across multiple projects, we ensure you have the right people with the right tools, on-site and on time.

Must type 45 wpm (test required in office)
Must be open to  potential shift start at 4:00AM 

Must pass a 7 year background screening and oral drug screening 

 

Job Duties:

• Handling high volume inbound calls and directing them to the appropriate departments
• Making outbound calls to clients to verify worker arrivals and satisfaction
• Building/maintaining relationships with clients
• Other general customer service/admin related tasks

Who you are:

• Has a positive/outgoing personality
• Ability to work well in fast paced environment
• Ability to multi task
• Bilingual in Spanish is strongly recommended 
• Highschool Diploma or GED
