Express Employment Professionals of Boise, ID is seeking a Warehouse Associate for a local client.

The Warehouse Associate will perform a variety of receiving, shipping, and organizational tasks in a product distribution and warehouse environment. Shipping tasks include picking, packing and shipment of orders. Receiving tasks include breaking down and receipt of truck and common carrier shipments and stocking the received items to warehouse locations. Shipping tasks include order fulfillment, packaging, and staging as well as process/labeling of common carrier shipped orders.

Pay:  $20/hr

Schedule: 
Monday - Friday from 8:00am-4:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Cut cases and place product into designated bins using RF gun–based, computer-monitored systems to ensure correct quantities and accuracy

• Accurately use warehouse operating systems and technology to prepare, track, and process orders according to established standards

• Receive, unload, verify, sort, and count incoming materials; compare packing slips and purchase orders to confirm shipment accuracy

• Inspect incoming and outgoing inventory for damage, loss, defects, or expiration dates and report discrepancies promptly

• Stock, organize, and rotate inventory in assigned warehouse locations while maintaining accurate inventory records

• Assist with inventory control activities including cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation; report shortages or variances

• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (as trained), following all safety protocols

• Remain on feet for extended periods, walking and standing throughout the shift while supporting team operations and maintaining a safe, organized work environment

• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 months of warehouse experience required

• Ability to provide proof of vaccinations or willingness to receive required vaccinations

• Must be able to pass a background check and 12-panel drug screening
