Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Administrative Support Professional to assist our team with essential administrative and office-based tasks. This is a temporary, in-office position, ideal for someone who enjoys organization, routine tasks, and providing accurate administrative support. If the individual is a strong fit and demonstrates exceptional performance, there may be an opportunity to transition into a full-time role.
This position supports multiple projects simultaneously and requires strong attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to follow established processes while maintaining accuracy and organization.
Primary Responsibilities
Administrative & Office Support
- Scan, upload, and organize paper documents into electronic filing systems.
- Maintain organized and accurate electronic files following established naming and filing standards.
- Perform routine administrative tasks consistently and accurately.
- Provide general office support to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly.
Project & Task Management
- Support at least three projects at a time by tracking information, updating records, and providing accurate status updates.
- Process and record numerical data related to inventory and project tracking.
- Ensure information related to projects is accurate, complete, and communicated clearly to the appropriate team members.
Data & Accuracy
- Enter, review, and verify data for accuracy, including numbers related to inventory and administrative records.
- Provide reliable, accurate information when asked about project details or documentation.
- Identify and correct errors or inconsistencies when they arise.
Communication & Collaboration
- Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
- Respond to requests in a timely and organized manner.
- Work collaboratively with team members and follow instructions effectively.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong Administrative Experience: Prior experience in administrative, office support, or clerical role preferred.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy when handling documents, data, and routine tasks.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks or projects at the same time.
- Comfort with Routine Work: Willingness to perform repetitive or structured tasks consistently and thoroughly.
- Communication Skills: Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
- Basic Technology & Computer Skills: Comfortable using computers, scanners, and standard office equipment.
- Microsoft Office Proficiency: Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Dependability: Reliable, punctual, and able to work in-office during scheduled hours.
- Process-Oriented: Able to follow established procedures and ask questions when clarification is needed.
