Product Designer III

Located in Round Rock, TX

Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a respected healthcare organization to hire a Product Designer III who is passionate about creating meaningful digital experiences in the women’s health space. This role offers the opportunity to lead design initiatives that directly influence how patients and care teams interact with healthcare technology.

Location: Fully remote consideration available for highly qualified candidates willing to travel periodically

Pay Range: $33 – $60 per hour

 

What You’ll Do

·         Own design direction for initiatives supporting women’s health-focused digital products

·         Translate complex requirements into intuitive, user-centered digital experiences

·         Partner with cross-functional teams to shape product vision, features, and long-term roadmaps

·         Present and defend design decisions through clear storytelling and user insights

·         Ensure consistency and quality across web and mobile experiences

·         Guide projects through ambiguity while managing priorities, timelines, and dependencies

·         Provide mentorship and feedback to designers and collaborators

·         Advocate for accessibility, inclusivity, and best practices in UX and product design

 

What We’re Looking For

·         At least 5 years of experience in product design or UX design

·         Advanced proficiency with modern design tools, particularly Figma

·         A well-rounded portfolio showcasing thoughtful UX process and high-quality visual execution

·         Experience or strong interest in designing for women’s health experiences such as fertility, pregnancy, postpartum care, or menopause

·         Ability to work effectively across research, product, engineering, and content teams

·         Strong communication skills with the confidence to influence stakeholders

·         Organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple initiatives at once
