Job Summary:

The Industrial Hose and Production Technician is responsible for the fabrication, assembly, testing, and quality assurance of industrial hose products. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and adherence to safety and production standards to ensure that products meet company and customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut, and assemble industrial hoses and fittings according to specifications.
• Operate production equipment such as crimpers, saws, pressure testers, and measuring devices.
• Inspect raw materials and finished products for quality and compliance with standards.
• Perform pressure and leak tests to ensure product reliability and safety.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following company safety protocols.
• Accurately complete production reports, work orders, and inventory records.
• Assist with warehouse duties such as stocking, picking, packing, and shipping as needed.
• Troubleshoot assembly issues and recommend process improvements.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production goals.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred.
• Previous experience in hose assembly, hydraulics, or related industrial/production work is a plus.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools safely.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and technical specifications.
• Strong attention to detail, quality, and accuracy.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory management.
• Conversational English skills required for effective communication
