An aerospace parts company is looking for an Office Assistant to join their team!


The Office Administrative Assistant supports the Human Resource department and Accounting department by fulfilling receptionist duties, scheduling appointments, filling, sorting, data entry and maintaining records/information for the above departments

 

Essential Duties:

  • Assists in maintaining and filing away Human Resources and Accounting documents
  • Receptionist duties: answers phone, greets customers, and administers check-in process
  • Supports Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Human Resource Activities
  • May be required to work on special projects assigned by the Human Resources Manager

Why Appy:

  • Full-time hours - Monday through Friday, 7:30AM to 4:00PM
  • Starting pay is $17
  • 1 year of experience in related field preferable.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in an effective and efficient manner
  • Strong analytical, problem solving/decision making skills; ability to make timely, effective, fact-based decisions
  • Ability to closely follow directions, highly organized, detail oriented
  • Experience and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Email, Fax, MRP systems (Epicor Vantage experience a plus)
