What You’ll Be Doing

• Process and post customer payments accurately and timely
• Generate, review, and distribute invoices and account statements
• Monitor accounts for outstanding balances and follow up as needed
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues
• Maintain accurate and organized accounts receivable records
• Provide general accounting and office support as needed

Requirements

• Previous accounts receivable or accounting clerk experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Proficiency with office software and data entry systems
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Reliable attendance and professional workplace demeanor
