Salary: $16-$18 Based on Experience

  • Answer incoming customer calls and provide assistance with inquiries, technical issues, and product support.
  • Resolve customer complaints or escalate to appropriate departments for further resolution.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Requires close contact with warehouse team, sales, logistics, customer service team.
  • Requires follow up on all customer questions and parts that customers require.
  • Validates customers warranty and proof of purchase prior to shipping out replacement parts or generator.
  • Provide timely and accurate information to customers, working internally with warehouse team.

JOB INFORMATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Pay rate for the role: $ 16- $18 depending on skill set and experience.
  • Hours/ Shift: Sunday through Thursday 8am-4:30pm, (Sunday will be work at home day)
  • Training Schedule & Structure: Onsite, 1 month minimum depending on initiative.
  • Must Have skill sets list on the Job description: Bilingual (Spanish required), mechanical, electrical, excellent customer service skills, quick learner.
  • What type of candidates seen success in this role in the past: Call Center experience
  • Any Specific Software’s the Talent should have experience with: must have good computer skills, email, able to navigate multiple computer screens.
