Job Summary

We are currently seeking Customer Service Representative candidates for opportunities in Chesterfield, MO 63005. What You’ll Be Doing

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, or accounts

• Enter and update customer information in internal systems

Requirements

• Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and data entry
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Ability to work independently once remote or as part of a team during training
