About the Role

We are currently seeking a Licensed Industrial Electrician to join the Maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of plant electrical systems and equipment.

This position is ideal for an electrician who enjoys hands-on industrial work, problem-solving, and working in a well-established manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, test, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical systems and equipment
• Work on electrical wiring, fixtures, control devices, and plant machinery
• Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, schematics, and electrical code specifications
• Diagnose and repair electrical and control system issues using test equipment
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance
• Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records
• Work safely and follow all plant safety procedures
• Support mechanical and controls-related maintenance as required

What We’re Looking For

• Valid Ontario Electrician License:
• 309A (Construction & Maintenance) or
• 442A (Industrial Electrician)
• Minimum 5 years of experience (manufacturing/industrial environment strongly preferred)
• Comfortable with a mix of electrical, mechanical, and controls work
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Solid understanding of safe operating procedures
• Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial plant is a strong asset
