What You’ll Be Doing
Front Desk & First Impressions
- Greet and welcome visitors professionally — you are the first face of the company
- Answer and route incoming calls on the main phone line
- Support basic scheduling and coordination with internal teams
Visitor & Safety Support
- Follow visitor check-in procedures
- Issue visitor badges and assist with safety video administration
- Maintain visitor logs and front desk security awareness
Office & Shared Space Support
- Help keep front desk and common office areas organized and welcoming
- Support break room and kitchen tidiness (light upkeep — not janitorial)
- Maintain office supply inventory and assist with ordering and restocking
- Organize incoming and outgoing mail
Additional Support
- Assist with ordering lunches for employees and guests
- Help maintain the executive boardroom and beverage areas
- Participate in special projects as needed
