What You’ll Be Doing

Front Desk & First Impressions

  • Greet and welcome visitors professionally — you are the first face of the company
  • Answer and route incoming calls on the main phone line
  • Support basic scheduling and coordination with internal teams

Visitor & Safety Support

  • Follow visitor check-in procedures
  • Issue visitor badges and assist with safety video administration
  • Maintain visitor logs and front desk security awareness

Office & Shared Space Support

  • Help keep front desk and common office areas organized and welcoming
  • Support break room and kitchen tidiness (light upkeep — not janitorial)
  • Maintain office supply inventory and assist with ordering and restocking
  • Organize incoming and outgoing mail

Additional Support

  • Assist with ordering lunches for employees and guests
  • Help maintain the executive boardroom and beverage areas
  • Participate in special projects as needed
