We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as 2nd Shift Packaging Associates at our meat processing facility. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment to ensure products are properly packaged, labeled, and prepared for distribution while adhering to safety and quality standards.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Package meat products according to company and customer specifications.

• Operate and monitor packaging equipment to ensure efficient production.

• Inspect products for quality and compliance with food safety regulations.

• Weigh, label, and stack packaged products accurately.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper handling of raw meat.

• Work as part of a team to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a food processing or packaging environment preferred but not required.

• Ability to work in a cold environment (refrigerated processing area).

• Capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

• Willingness to work in a physically demanding and fast-paced setting.

• Must be able to work the assigned 2nd shift schedule, including possible overtime.

Shift & Compensation:

• 2nd shift hours: [3:00 PM – 12:00 AM]

• Competitive hourly wage based on experience
