What You’ll Do:

• Answer calls with care and professionalism

• Collect client info and schedule appointments

• Provide resources and a positive experience to everyone you meet

•  Ability to relate clients; maturity and sensitivity to problems of poor and minority clients.

•  High school graduate or equivalent, with matching verbal and writing skills.

•   Spanish speaking.

•   Prior housing and legal experience

Requirements:

• Bi-lingual (speaking, reading, writing)

• Customer service or front-desk experience

• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and a caring attitude

•   Conduct initial client interviews to determine financial eligibility, identify legal problems, and compile documents for case presentation.

•    Provide counsel/advice and brief services where appropriate.

•     Present details of recent intakes at CAM, twice

Pay & Perks:

• $20/hr. – Temp-to-Hire
