• Develop new business by prospecting, networking, and building relationships with local employers

• Work closely with the recruiting team to ensure excellent service delivery

• Track sales activity and performance using CRM and internal systems

• Represent Express professionally in the community and at business events

What We’re Looking For:

• Entry-level candidates with strong communication skills and a desire to learn OR experienced B2B sales professionals

• Confidence, persistence, and strong relationship-building skills

• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently

• Basic computer skills and comfort using CRM or sales tracking tools

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (local travel required)
