Salary: $22.00 to $24.00/hour

Our client has an extensive track record of success and is consistently entrusted with high-profile commercial building projects. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with the potential to become permanent. Starting compensation is $22.00 to $24.00/hour.

 

Responsibilities

• Answer and process inbound calls
• Welcome and assist office visitors
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail
• Perform filing, data entry, and document processing
• Provide general clerical and administrative support

 

Requirements

• Previous front desk reception experience preferred
• Intermediate user of Microsoft Office software (e.g. Word, Excel)
• Professional, positive and friendly personality
• Excellent English communication skills
• Associates degree a benefit but not mandatory
