Key Responsibilities:

• Perform data wiping, imaging, and physical destruction of IT assets.
• Enter and update asset information in our ERP system for accurate tracking.
• Prepare assets for resale, including organizing, stacking, and wrapping equipment.
• Test and grade laptops, desktops, servers, and networking gear.
• Ensure compliance with quality and security standards to maintain certifications.
• Assist with special projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• High school diploma required; higher education preferred.
• Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Excel and professional email communication.
• Knowledge of PC components required; experience building PCs is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Professional communication skills and a strong desire to learn about computers.
