Schedule: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM, Monday–Friday

Train on 1st Shift

A leading manufacturing company is looking for a Machine Operator to support production and packaging operations. This position involves setting up and running the L-bar sealing machine, operating shrink wrap equipment, and handling materials safely using forklifts and pallet jacks. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and experienced in operating production machinery in a fast-paced environment.

Machine Operator Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate the L-bar sealing machine for packaging products
• Operate shrink wrapper machines to wrap pallets efficiently
• Use forklifts (sit-down, stand-up) and pallet jacks to move materials and finished goods
• Lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs safely
• Ensure packaging and production areas are organized and meet safety standards
• Follow all company safety protocols and operating procedures

Machine Operator Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience operating production or packaging machinery required
• Familiarity with L-bar sealing machines, shrink wrappers, or similar equipment preferred
• Forklift certification required (sit-down and stand-up)
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to work effectively in a team and meet production goals
