Job Title: CNC Router Operator

What is the opportunity?

We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Router Operator to join the local team of our national plastics distributor and manufacturer. This role involves operating and maintaining CNC (Computer Numerical Control) routing equipment to produce precise components and finished products according to detailed specifications. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical aptitude, proficiency in CNC programming, and experience working within a manufacturing environment. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to high-quality fabrication processes, ensuring efficiency, safety, and excellence in craftsmanship.

How will you spend your time:

• Set up CNC router for the requirements of each job.
• Operate secondary equipment such as saws, non-CNC routers, and other CNC Machines.
• Monitor job production and quality.
• Properly package and prepare finished goods for staging in inventory.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Maintain accurate and timely computerized production and inventory records. 

Qualified candidates will provide the following:

• 3 to 6 years of relevant experience
• Work history with good performance, reliability, and job longevity.
• Proficient computer and basic math skills
• Proficient forklift operations, preferably certified
• Proficient English communication: speak, read, and write.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Full physical ability to meet the varying demands of the job. 

What do you get in return?

• Work Schedule, Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Starting Compensation: $21 to $26 hr.
