In this role, you will manage, track, and organize materials, parts, and supplies within our aerospace manufacturing warehouse. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and experience working in AS9100-compliant environments. Inventory Clerk Responsibilities: Maintain accurate records of inventory using company systems Receive, inspect, and store materials and components Track and report inventory levels, discrepancies, and material usage Assist with cycle counts, audits, and documentation to support AS9100 compliance Coordinate with production, purchasing, and quality teams to ensure material availability Use Excel and other Microsoft Office applications to generate reports and track inventory Perform basic math calculations to maintain accurate counts and reorder points Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, adhering to safety standards Inventory Clerk Qualifications: 3+ years of experience working in aerospace and/or manufacturing warehouse environments 2+ years experience in an AS9100-compliant environment Strong knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office Ability to perform basic math accurately Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills Familiarity with inventory management systems preferred Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively Positions fill fast - Apply Today! or call our office Express Employment Professionals (562) 693-5111
