We are seeking an experienced a Refrigeration Class B Operator to join its growing maintenance team. This is a long-term, full-time opportunity within a high-volume production environment that offers stability, growth, and strong internal advancement.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot refrigeration and plant equipment
- Operate and maintain ammonia-based refrigeration and freezer systems
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance
- Support machining, fabrication, and equipment upgrades as required
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment
Qualifications & Experience
- Valid Refrigeration Class B License (required)
- Class 3 or Class 4 Stationary Engineer certification preferred
- Millwright or Electrician license considered an asset
- Minimum 3 years of related experience, preferably within food manufacturing or an industrial setting
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong multitasking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to work rotating shifts and weekends as required
