Express Employment Professionals of Everett is hiring a Production Supervisor for a leading manufacturer of high-quality industrial materials located in Everett, WA. Starting pay is $80,000–$90,000 per year. This is a full-time, Direct Hire position on a rotating day/night schedule working 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (14 days per month).

• Oversee all shift production activities and ensure safety, quality, and production goals are met
• Lead, coach, and develop production associates and machine operators
• Monitor workflow, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure efficient use of labor, equipment, and materials
• Troubleshoot production or material flow issues and escalate equipment concerns as needed
• Maintain accurate shift reports and communicate effectively with management
• Ensure proper machine setup and support operators with adjustments when necessary
• Enforce company safety policies and maintain a clean, organized work environment

• 5+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or production
• Hands-on experience with extrusion or plastic injection molding (required)
• Strong leadership and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and lift up to 50 lbs
• Knowledge of safety programs, quality standards, and lean principles
