Manufacturing company in Fort Worth is adding to their team!  They are seeking a “player-coach” to directly design new products and mentor/manage a small team of technical associates. This role requires a combination of mechanical design, project management, and customer and cross-department interface skills.

 

Ideal candidates will have:

• 3+ years of design and manufacturing experience in seating, furniture, marine, or automotive industries (manufacturing)
• Leadership experience in managing a small group of technical resources
• Project management skills with a history of delivering projects on schedule and within budget
• Demonstrated proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and CAD/CAM CNC software
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in engineering or related field
