Internal Mount Fitter

Salary: 20.00

Assist in the installation of internal mounts according to blueprints and specifications.

? Perform activities of position as outlined in Production Work Instructions and Process Specifications.

? Perform product quality inspections and make corrections are required.

? Replenish assembly consumables.

? Follow safety procedures and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.

? Assemble components according to instructions, drawings, and quality requirements.

? Report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor.

? Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.

? Coordinate with Team Leaders and other production employees to prioritize products to process.

? Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

? Frequent awkward positions working at ground level and overhead inside tubes.

? Frequent use of hand tools such as hand drills, hack saws, ratchets, torque wrenches, hammers, pneumatic drills, angle grinders, come-along, mechanical wrenches, and various hand tools weighing up to 15 pounds.

? Frequent standing and walking.

? Frequent lifting and carrying of up to 40 pounds. Occasional lifting of up to 100 pounds.

? Frequent climbing on/off ladders, stairs, and equipment. Frequent balancing on rounded surfaces. (Inside of tower section).

? Occasional kneeling, bending, and reaching.

? Operation of forklift
