Distribution Center Associate

Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our operations team. This role focuses on the efficient preparation and finalization of outbound goods. The successful candidate will ensure that all items meet quality standards and are prepared for delivery according to specific technical guidelines and timelines.


Core Responsibilities

  • Order Completion & Quality Control:

    • Utilize equipment to prepare items for distribution efficiently.

    • Interpret specification sheets and follow standardized procedures for item preparation.

    • Conduct visual inspections to ensure zero defects and maintain high quality standards.

    • Securely package goods and organize them systematically for final transport.

  • Documentation & Labeling:

    • Review and verify internal documentation to ensure accurate labeling.

    • Coordinate with leadership to ensure all tracking and shelf information is correct.

    • Configure and update labeling formats as needed for various requirements.

  • Operational Efficiency:

    • Maintain a high productivity rating and meet established timeframes for tasks.

    • Support a "just-in-time" workflow to optimize daily output.

    • Ensure all administrative paperwork and time tracking are completed accurately for billing and records.

Safety & Environment

  • Maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace and ensure walkways remain clear.

  • Strictly adhere to established safety protocols and industrial best practices.

  • Properly utilize all required protective equipment and machinery guards.
