Mix Room / Production Associate (Forklift) – Evaluation Hire

We are hiring on behalf of a well-established and expanding local employer seeking a Mix Room / Production Associate to support continued growth. Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Pay Rate:
$22.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities & Expectations:

• Maintain reliable and consistent attendance
• Follow all safety procedures and policies at all times
• Lead by example by supporting and participating in safety initiatives
• Work collaboratively as a strong team player with a positive attitude
• Operate a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently

Additional Safety Requirement:

• Must be clean shaven or have a goatee only, as employees are required to wear a respirator while mixing batches; facial hair that interferes with respirator fit is not permitted.

Forklift Requirements:

• Previous forklift experience is required
• Forklift license is considered an asset but not a hard requirement
• Successful candidates will be certified through a third-party provider
