Customer Service Representative
Located in Sarnia, ON
Salary: $18.00 - $20.00/Hour
We are hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our client’s creative studio team. This role combines front-desk customer service with hands-on support in the studio, including prop handling and set changes. This is an evaluation hire with potential for a long-term role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests at the front desk in a professional and welcoming manner
- Check in customers, explain studio guidelines, and support guests during their session
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of studio spaces
- Lift and move props and furniture throughout the studio
- Set up, adjust, and change themed sets according to provided instructions
- Follow instructions, procedures, and safety guidelines accurately
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of previous customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Strong attention to visual presentation and detail is an asset
- Experience or interest in set styling, décor, or visual presentation is an asset
- Previous front-desk or customer-facing experience is an asset
Schedule & Availability:
- 4 days per week: Wednesday to Sunday
- Shifts 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM (must have availability 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM, shifts may vary, e.g., 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
- Weekend availability is required
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
- Ability to safely lift, carry, and reposition props and furniture
Wage: $18.00 - $20.00/Hour
