Pay Rate: $27–$30/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Project Length: 6–9 months
Job Summary
The Fiscal and HR Temp provides administrative and operational support to the Fiscal and Human Resources departments, performing data entry, record maintenance, bookkeeping, reporting, and project-based support with a strong emphasis on accuracy, confidentiality, and adherence to established procedures.
Maintain, audit, and manage personnel, benefits, and compliance records while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy within HCM and record-keeping systems.
Provide fiscal and bookkeeping support, including processing deposits, entering journal entries, organizing accounts payable documentation, and reconciling financial data.
Support HR and fiscal projects related to system migrations, benefits and ACA audits, training material development, and compliance reporting.
Basic knowledge of accounting or bookkeeping principles, including tracking expenditures, reconciling data, and maintaining financial records.
Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office; Excel proficiency at an intermediate to advanced level.
High attention to detail with the ability to accurately review, enter, and maintain data.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to follow established procedures while exercising sound judgment
Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
Ability to translate complex or technical information into clear, user-friendly materials
Prior experience in fiscal, accounting, HR, or administrative support roles
Experience working with HRIS/HCM or financial systems preferred
Minimal training provided; candidate must have a high level of skill and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
