Quality Inspector - 2nd shift

Located in Delaware, OH

Salary: $18.00 per hour

 

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join a fast-paced warehouse team on first shift in Delaware.. The Quality Inspector will be responsible for ensuring all incoming and outgoing products meet company and customer quality standards. This role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to follow established inspection procedures.

Responsibilities:

· Inspect incoming materials, components, and finished products for defects or inconsistencies

· Perform visual inspections, measurements, and quality checks using basic tools (calipers, tape measures, scales, etc.)

· Document inspection results accurately and maintain organized quality records

· Identify non-conforming products and report issues to supervisors or quality management

· Work closely with warehouse and production teams to resolve quality concerns

· Ensure products meet specifications before packaging or shipment

· Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area

· Assist with inventory counts and product labeling when needed

Requirements:

· Previous experience in quality inspection, warehouse, or manufacturing preferred

· Ability to read work orders, labels, and basic documentation

· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

· Basic math skills and ability to use measurement tools

· Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 30–50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks

· Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team

· Strong communication and documentation skills

Schedule:

· First Shift – hours may vary depending on client location
