Property Maintenance Job Summary:  Do you have a can do attitude with a pride in a job well done? We are hiring property maintenance technicians for an Oxford apartment community.  1 opening currently for handy employees to do basic building maintenance, general repairs, and yard work.  If you like working with your hands, fixing problems, and have maintenance experience apply now.   

Property Maintenance responsibilities:

• Painting, drywall repair, light plumbing, fixture repair, and replacement
• Building turnovers to prepare for new residents
• Mowing, weed eating, leaf and snow removal
• Janitorial support may be necessary
• Yard mowing and trim

Schedule and Pay:

• 1st shift, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm
• $15 - $17.50/HR

Groundskeeper Qualifications:

• Willingness to work outdoors and indoors and in all weather conditions
• Excellent Attendance
• Reliable and hard working
• Ability to use power tools and basic hand tools
• Pride in a Job Well Done attitude
