A company in Madison, GA is looking for Powder Coating Technicians. They complete powder coating on customized steel or metal frame and structures. 

·         Coating application: Applying powder using manual or automated spray guns, adjusting settings as needed for part requirements. 

·         Oven operation: Loading coated parts into ovens and setting the correct temperature and time for proper curing. 

·         Quality control: Inspecting parts during and after processing to ensure they meet customer specifications and quality standards. 

·         Maintaining and cleaning the spray booth, ovens, and other equipment. 

·         Record keeping: Completing logs and reports as needed, such as tracking powder usage or production data.  

Pay: $25-$30 DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE 

Required skills and qualifications 

·         Previous powder coating experience is preferred 

·         Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions 

·         Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 

·         Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to  50 lbs, and perform other physical tasks 

·         Ability to work in a hot, industrial environment
